Conoscete il modo di dire “Sposa bagnata, sposa fortunata”? Si tratta di un antico proverbio contadino che augura buona fortuna ai novelli sposi. Probabilmente è stato inventato per rassicurare i giovani sposi… In pochi vorrebbero celebrare le nozze in una giornata piovosa. Certamente lo sanno bene Bibiana ed Elia: un forte acquazzone ha colto tutti alla sprovvista. Ma per fortuna le tempistiche sono state dalla nostra parte, il pranzo era quasi giunto al termine. Insomma, è stato soltanto un piccolo contrattempo che ha divertito tutti.
A compensare il maltempo ci pensa l’affascinante location, Villa Nessi, situata in un piccolo borgo arroccato sul lago di Como dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato. Inutile specificare che l’affaccio sul lago lascia senza fiato. L’impareggiabile vista lascia libero sfogo all’immaginario di chi lo osserva. Insomma una location davvero esclusiva che si presta benissimo agli scatti nuziali.
Una curiosità? Gli sposi hanno tenuto per cinque anni il biglietto da visita del nostro studio prima di chiamarci e decidere la data de grande giorno… Un vero onore per noi!
Are you familiar with the saying “Wet bride, lucky bride”? It is an ancient peasant proverb that wishes good luck to newlyweds. It was probably invented to reassure young newlyweds–few would want to celebrate their wedding on a rainy day. Certainly Bibiana and Elijah know this well: a heavy downpour caught everyone off guard. But fortunately, timing was on our side; lunch was almost over. In short, it was just a minor setback that amused everyone.
Making up for the bad weather was the charming location, Villa Nessi, situated in a small village perched on Lake Como where time seems to stand still. Needless to specify, the view of the lake leaves one breathless. The unparalleled view gives free rein to the imagination of the beholder. In short, a truly exclusive location that lends itself well to wedding shots.
A curiosity? The bride and groom kept our studio’s business card for five years before calling us and deciding on the date of the big day…. A real honor for us!
